• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer with a product testing focus.

Responsibilities

• Improve test yields and production throughput.
• Analyze test approaches for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Provide capacity planning for test equipment and staffing.
• Support Production Readiness Reviews for new designs.
• Train floor test technicians and maintain test documentation.
