Job summary

Flogistix is seeking an EHS Manager, Manufacturing for our El Reno, OK facility. The role focuses on auditing procedures, processes, and environmental compliance to protect workers and property. Responsibilities include training, incident investigation, and SDS program management, with travel up to 5–10%.

The ideal candidate brings a safety-focused background in manufacturing or chemical plants, strong communication, and the ability to develop and implement safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Safety or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years full-time EHS experience.
• OHST/CHST/CHMM certifications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manufacturing and chemical plant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Educate employees and managers through training sessions.
• Assist with monthly shop safety training sessions.
• Investigate incidents to identify causes and implement preventative actions.
• Help manage employee injuries and reporting processes.
• Maintain and update the online SDS program.
• Develop and present high-level safety trainings and policies.
• Stay current with regulatory guidance and best practices.
• Travel up to 5–10% as needed.
