Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with regulatory compliance programs and audits in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other environmental and safety regulations.
• Obtain, maintain, and manage environmental permits (air, stormwater, wastewater, and hazardous materials).
• Prepare and maintain OSHA logs, environmental reports, and regulatory records.
• Lead EHS audits, inspections, and internal compliance programs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance.
• Manage Industrial Hygiene program including exposure assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate training programs and onboarding related to safety.
