Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Safety & Environmental Manager to lead EHS programs across manufacturing operations in Oklahoma City.

You will ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state regulations while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture. This role partners with plant leadership to implement environmental reporting, audits, and training that protect people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing EPCRA Tier II, TRI, SPCC, NPDES, and RCRA programs.
• Proven success leading safety programs and improving culture.
• Experience mentoring or developing EHS professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across facilities.
• Oversee environmental reporting, permits, and records.
• Coordinate environmental audits and corrective actions.
• Partner with plant leadership on risk mitigation and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety and operational excellence.
• Support regulatory inspections and agency inquiries.
