Job summary

Spectrum Brands’ Home & Garden Division is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to oversee EHS, security and workers’ compensation at the Vinita Park facility outside St. Louis. You will ensure a safe workplace and regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA and related rules.

You will lead training programs, manage audits, and drive continuous safety improvements with plant leadership, while relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in safety-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an EHS role with relevant regulatory knowledge.
• Manufacturing facility experience required.
• Process Safety Management/Risk Management Planning a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS initiatives aligned with local, group, and corporate objectives.
• Manage safety performance and reporting through EHS systems.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/regulatory compliance and represent the company in regulatory interactions.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
