Spectrum Brands is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for the Vinita Park facility in St. Louis, MO. This onsite role leads EHS, safety, security and workers compensation programs to provide a safe and healthy workplace while complying with all regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years in EHS, with manufacturing experience and strong leadership and training skills. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related safety/industrial field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with OSHA/EHS regulations is required.
• Process Safety Management/Risk Management Planning experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives at the Vinita Park facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations; coordinate regulatory interactions.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies and training programs for managers and employees.
• Oversee emergency action planning and coordination with local authorities and fire departments.
• Conduct EHS audits and drive corrective actions with employees and leadership.
• Prepare environmental reports and analyze safety/accident statistics.
