Job summary

ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Claremore, Oklahoma. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in customer support, scheduling, or production control and a high school diploma.

You will work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, interacting with customers and internal teams to manage orders and production statuses. The position emphasizes strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) to monitor production schedules and ensure timely

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer support, scheduling, production control, or related experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
Ability to interpret customer requirements, production schedules, and order information.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Provide timely order updates and communicate production status.
Monitor customer orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and shipping to resolve issues.
Support production scheduling and material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintain accurate records using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other tracking tools.
Communicate schedule changes, delays, and customer concerns.
Prepare customer documentation, reports, and follow-up communications.
Support continuous improvement of production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
