Job summary

GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is seeking an experienced Epicor Manufacturing & Supply Chain Consultant to support MST Manufacturing in Claremore, OK.

The role focuses on evaluating, optimizing, and automating Epicor Kinetic/E10 processes across planning, purchasing, scheduling, inventory and manufacturing. This project-based assignment requires hands-on Epicor expertise plus practical knowledge of manufacturing, MRP, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic or Epicor E10 in a manufacturing environment.
• Epicor consulting or implementation experience required.
• Strong MRP, production planning, and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess Epicor processes across planning, purchasing, scheduling, inventory, and manufacturing.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated or streamlined within Epicor.
• Review and improve MRP, production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and material-management workflows.
• Configure Epicor to better support manufacturing and supply-chain operations.
• Develop and maintain advanced BAQs, dashboards, reporting, and BPMs.
• Create dashboards, standard reports, exception reports, KPI reporting, and management reporting.
• Develop BPMs and other automation to reduce repetitive manual processes.
• Improve data visibility for planners, buyers, schedulers, operations personnel, and management.
• Assist with production scheduling setup and optimization.
• Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer to MST employees.
