Manpower is seeking a Production Support Worker in Claremore, OK, with 1st or 2nd shift availability. The role offers $19.50–$21.50/hour plus overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, capable of using a tape measure, and eager to learn and grow within the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily production operations, material handling, and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Industrial/manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move materials regularly.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Assist with material handling, assembly, and production processes — be willing to be cross trained.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Maintain quality standards and productivity goals.
• Cross-train in multiple departments and production functions.
