Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Provide timely order updates and communicate production status.
• Monitor customer orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and shipping to resolve issues.
• Support production scheduling and material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other tracking tools.
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and customer concerns.
• Prepare customer documentation, reports, and follow-up communications.
• Support continuous improvement of production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
