Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, changes, and expediting requests.
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and account records.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Partner with sales, purchasing, and production planning to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service.
• Provide product information and pricing support using available resources.
• Assist with product returns and issue resolution.
• Ensure pricing, discounts, and account information remain accurate and current.
• Share important customer feedback and market information with internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and departmental initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
