Job summary

BlackHawk Industrial in Duncan, OK is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to bridge operations, customers, and Account Managers. This role emphasizes accurate order processing, timely communication, and problem-solving to support customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will analyze customer needs, source and price products, and maintain ISO compliance while developing proficiency with company systems (P21, Shop Flo, Job Boss) and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Experience with MS Office suite required.
• Experience with cutting tools, abrasives and MRO areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and model core behaviors.
• Respond promptly to customer and Account Manager inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs and provide quotes for product solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and purchase materials to fill orders.
• Enter Work Orders and monitor P21 portals for late orders.
• Identify root causes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
