Aluminum Precision Products seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support the CS team and help manage daily tasks across quotes, orders and ship desks. The role emphasizes data accuracy in Excel, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to safety and policy standards.

The successful candidate will track change orders, assist with forging orders, and help maintain a seamless customer experience while meeting defined KPIs in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Support tasks for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Cross train in Quotes, Orders and Ship desks.
• Meet KPIs set by the Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Success Specialists I–III with daily tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain detailed tracking of change orders and prepay orders in Excel.
• Enter hand forging orders when needed and verify data accuracy.
• Identify inconsistencies between orders and change orders and follow up.
• Ensure adherence to APP’s policies, safety and ethics guidelines.
