Job summary

Kinedyne LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver accurate, timely, and professional service to customers, including government and international accounts. The role emphasizes order management, data accuracy, and clear communication to support quality and continual improvement.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying details, maintaining records, handling returns, and coordinating with engineering, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of order management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Verify order accuracy, including pricing, shipping details, delivery dates, and special instructions.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records for traceability and quality standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries using product knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinate product returns, including carrier communication, freight claims, and credit processing.
• Communicate order status and critical updates to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Provide quotes and availability for custom order requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service gaps and recommending process enhancements.
• All other duties as assigned
