Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs with high-quality service; process purchase orders and production releases, track shipments and delivery dates, reconcile customer totals.
• Coordinate with various departments to generate daily shipping orders and production efficiency reports.
• Add new parts to AS400 for production and adjust prices; check finished goods pricing in the system.
• Back up material requirements planning and production order reporting.
• Check and count inventory; resolve related issues.
• Handle AP functions including mailing checks as needed.
• Submit receipts for monthly credits; order MRO items and items via Regency platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrity of manufacturing system information and create reports.
• Maintain customer communication and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional plant personnel to improve customer service initiatives.
• Handle general office duties and respond to visitors and calls professionally.
• Check mail, procure supplies for visits and events, and assist janitors.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement activities per 6S standards.
