Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Previous customer service, administrative, order-entry, or clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong data-entry skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manually process customer purchase orders and accurately update information in SAP.
• Enter data and maintain customer portals.
• Organize, file, and maintain shipping documents.
• Respond professionally to customer requests by telephone and email.
• Provide customers with requested shipping and order documentation.
• Verify information for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Assist the customer service team with general administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
• Communicate with internal departments to support timely order processing.
