Ushers Machine and Tool Co., Inc. / Aalberts Surface Technologies – Machining Solutions in South Carolina seeks a Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to manage incoming materials, outbound shipments, and inventory accuracy on the manufacturing floor.

The role involves maintaining ERP records, performing cycle counts, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely operations while collaborating with Materials, Production, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must possess a verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• 4–7 years of shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–4 years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions.
• Ability to read drawings, routers, and process specifications.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• OSHA forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package product for outbound shipments, schedule pickups, and create bills of lading.
• Receive and process inbound shipments, goods, and material.
• Process inventory requests and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update inventory in the ERP system and ensure 5S practices in the work area.
