Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.
• Process incoming inquiries in Customer Care.
• Process RMAs/CCFs.
• Input data in CRC Dash, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Support lean manufacturing improvements and maintain product knowledge.
