• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Organized and detail-oriented with accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, vendors and the public

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to meet production requirements.
• Organize documents to meet customer deadlines and manage calls and emails professionally.
• Greet visitors and assist with arrival procedures.
• Receive customer material into ERP system timely after receipt.
• Assist in creating work orders and issuing to shop promptly.
• Assist in timely shipping of customer products daily.
• Review work orders for accuracy as needed.
• Provide courteous professional service to support customer sales and problem solving.
• Work with Production Manager on order issues and returns.
• Maintain, file, and update documents.
• Assist with quality issues and reporting.
• Answer phones and forward messages; perform office duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management.
