We are positioned to respond to a growing demand for recycled aluminum with advanced technologies that minimize waste. REAL ALLOY Engineering Coordinator role serves as the central administrative and communication hub for Engineering.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, project management, engineering technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and document repositories preferred.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision and support team goals.
• High energy, data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report capital spending to senior management.
• Maintain Toll Gate Process within the capital planning process.
• Facilitate communication between engineers, departments, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain storage of drawings, specifications, Tollgate documentation, and other project/financial documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs, RFQs, contracts and NDA with procurement.
• Generate status reports using ERP or databases and manage electronic filing systems.
• Analyze KPIs and identify concerns with current status and provide corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and deadlines to ensure team alignment.
• Implement visual KPI reporting for management updates.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Data analysis and reporting.
