Job summary

The Gund Company seeks an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Noblesville, IN. This full-time role focuses on managing the full order fulfillment process, handling inquiries, and coordinating with production and sales to meet customer needs.

You will work in an office-based setting with some exposure to the manufacturing floor, using ERP-CRM tools, and maintaining strong communication and attention to detail to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school graduate with 2+ years experience.
• College degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to emergency production needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Order Fulfillment Process with precision and efficiency for the customer.
• Navigate ERP-CRM software and database systems to enter quotes and customer orders.
• Accurately respond to customer inquiries and quote requests promptly.
• Build relationships with customers to understand requirements and communicate them to production and sales.
• Manage customer inventory requirements through the Purchase Requisition Process.
