Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Associate to join our team in a full-time role. You will act as the key link between customers and the company, entering orders, quotes, and tracking information to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities include verifying material availability, communicating with Production about lead times, and responding promptly to customer inquiries. A HS diploma and strong communication skills are required; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, math and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ERP usage.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders and quotes accurately.
• Confirm ship dates and provide tracking information to customers.
• Coordinate with Production on material issues and potential late shipments.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment.
