Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking an immediate full-time CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist in Waukesha, WI. You will manage the customer order lifecycle from quoting to delivery, liaising with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales and Management to meet customer requirements and deliver an excellent experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, strong customer service and problem solving, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts and build relationships.
• Prepare quotes and order acknowledgements, update ERP/CRM data.
• Provide solutions on materials, pricing, lead times, and value-added services.
• Coordinate requirements with internal teams and monitor orders through completion.
• Assist with RMAs, nonconforming material issues, and process improvement.

Shift: 1st (8:00am-4:30pm, M-F)

Pay: $65k-68k+ based on experience

Job Summary CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist

The CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the customer order process from quoting through delivery, ensuring customer requirements are understood and expectations are met. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales, and Management to provide solutions, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Essential Job Functions CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist

• Manage multiple customer accounts, build strong relationships, understand customer requirements, and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Prepare quotes and order acknowledgements, follow up on open quotes, and maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information in ERP and CRM systems.
• Provide solutions related to materials, applications, pricing, cost reduction, lead times, and value-added services while partnering with estimating and sales to remain competitive.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams, monitor orders through completion, and review job cost and gross profit performance.
• Manage customer inventory requirements and assist with RMAs, nonconforming material issues, customer complaints, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing, materials, and product applications; experience in a job shop, machining, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work across departments and contribute to or lead process improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
