Qualifications

• Communication skills — verbal and written.
• Proficient math skills (calculate figures, discounts, fractions, measurements).
• Strong working knowledge of essential computer systems (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and arrange customer quotes, orders, and deliveries.
• Respond to requests for information by email, phone, and walk-ins in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments on order details to ensure up-to-date order status and changes.
• Coordinate and follow up with customer complaints alongside the Quality Manager.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy files.
• Set up and maintain new and established customer accounts.
