Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to support our Mt. Wolf box plant. This role acts as a liaison between sales, internal departments, and customers, ensuring quality service and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in customer account management and be comfortable using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. This is an onsite position that collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Account Management experience.
• Intermediate experience using Excel.
• Comfortable with all Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts through proactive communication.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for inventory and order status.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Partner with the Commercial team to ensure customer satisfaction.
