Pratt Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Raleigh, NC to manage day-to-day customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will work closely with Sales and internal teams to confirm orders, track OTIF shipments, and resolve issues while maintaining accurate files and providing timely responses to customers. This full-time role supports a competitive benefits package and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts.
• Amtech software experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales to promote business retention and growth.
• Create production specs from sales/design data.
• Process customer purchase orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and follow up with internal teams.
• Confirm On Time and In Full (OTIF) shipments.
• Provide rapid responses to customer needs (orders, changes, freight).
• Track warehouse items for availability and stock levels.
• Maintain customer files and ensure policy compliance.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, inventory and logistics teams.
