Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Beloit, WI. The CSR will take customer orders, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction across the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders from customers or sales representatives.
• Process billing, new items, and purchase orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and follow up with internal/external personnel as required.
• Maintain customer files and coordinate order changes.
• Assist sales personnel on customer accounts and generate supplemental sales.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and re-stock per customer.
