Job summary

Pratt Industries in Raleigh, NC seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day customer needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Sales, Production, Inventory and Logistics to confirm orders, track OTIF shipments, and respond rapidly to inquiries.

Candidates should have strong communication, solid math skills, and proven ability to multi-task in a cross-functional team. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Experience with Amtech software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our sales team to promote business retention and growth.
• Create specs for production from sales & design inputs.
• Process customer purchase orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
• Confirm On Time and In Full (OTIF) shipments.
• Provide rapid responses to order needs, changes and freight questions.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain business customer files.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
