Duraco Specialty Tapes and Liners – A Duraco Specialty Materials® Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support manufacturing operations by coordinating orders, shipments, invoicing, and pricing questions. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve issues and keep orders moving on time.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing environment customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM or database software and Excel preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and enter them into the system daily.
• Coordinate shipping and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to customer needs and liaise with pricing, quality, and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Prepare and maintain a daily report of incoming orders.
• Assist with quotes and pricing-related requests.
