You will resolve customer questions, communicate changes in writing, and support the sales team by tracking orders and coordinating with vendors. Strong English communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• One year of experience in the printing of graphics industry.
• One year of experience in customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow: review job reports, delivery reports, and proofs; ensure quotes match production requirements.
• Resolve customer questions and problems as they arise.
• Analyze account activity and coordinate with Sales on quarterly changes and pricing when needed.
• Enter jobs into the system and ensure proper documentation and re-quotes where necessary.
