Job summary

The Vomela Companies in High Point, NC is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to coordinate with customers, sales, estimating, production and delivery teams. You will review daily job reports, proofs, quotes, and changes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of college preferred.
• One year of experience in graphics printing is desirable.
• One year of customer relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow with customers, Sales Representatives, Estimating, Production, Prepress, Purchasing and Delivery departments.
• Review daily job reports, proofs, quotes, and changes; ensure quotes match production requirements.
• Resolve customer questions and problems as they arise.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers while handling multiple tasks.
