Job summary

CCL Industries in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of the customer. You will coordinate communications between customers, Sales and production to ensure orders are produced and delivered as confirmed.

You will verify purchase orders, enter orders into the system, provide pricing terms, support sample proofs, and communicate any issues to the sales team. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to read and write routine reports.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customer, Sales and production to ensure product is produced and delivered as confirmed.
• Review customer purchase orders for specifications, shipping locations, pricing and terms; confirm orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter orders into the computerized system and monitor delivery commitments; communicate with teams about delivery dates.
• Assist in preparing job jackets with proofs and tech cards; send samples or color submissions for approval.
• Enter Customer Complaint Reports and maintain rework information; inform Sales of relevant issues.
