The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting with 7+ years of cost accounting experience, strong Excel, and ERP/Power BI skills. This 100% on-site position requires excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with relevant experience, or advanced degree with experience.
• 7+ years in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI and financial reporting.
• Ability to work on-site 100% in Villalba, Puerto Rico.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate costs and maintain cost accounting system with reports.
• Prepare budgets, variance analyses, and profitability insights.
• Develop unit costs and support pricing decisions for new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead cost accounting improvements and document procedures.
• Provide training and guidance as needed.
• Communicate financial information and project status to stakeholders.
