Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Accounting Manager to lead cost accounting and connect financial performance with manufacturing operations. You will drive costing, variance analysis, and reporting to support profitable decisions on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and R&D, mentoring a Cost Accounting team while advancing automation and internal controls within a growing family-owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing operations to improve financial and operational performance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing cost accounting processes and provide financial analysis to improve performance.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, financial models, and analyses for visibility into manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve inventory accuracy and strengthen financial controls.
• Support month-end and year-end activities, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial planning processes.
• Drive process improvements through automation and technology integration.
