Medial Group is seeking a senior Cost Accountant to support cost accounting activities in a manufacturing environment in Villalba, Puerto Rico. You will allocate costs, prepare budgets, and perform profitability analyses to drive pricing and process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on project management experience, with 100% on-site presence in Villalba. Proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP, and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 7+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Strong cost accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Allocate costs and maintain cost accounting system data.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and profitability analyses.
• Conduct variance analysis and support cost control decisions.
• Develop unit costs and forecast expenses for pricing.
