Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Horsham, PA seeks a Controller to lead the accounting and finance functions for a manufacturing organization. You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and internal controls while partnering with executive and operational leaders to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Prior experience as a Controller or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the organization.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support key business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members.
• Support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and ad hoc financial analyses.
