Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reporting packages.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.
• Oversee ERP systems and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax regulations.
• Lead inventory and cost accounting, including controls and valuation.
• Support budget, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve margins and efficiency.
