Beacon Hill is seeking a strategic Controller to lead the accounting and finance function for a manufacturing organization in Horsham, PA. You will manage month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while partnering with executives to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience leading Controller/Accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide financial insights to leadership for decisions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization.
• Lead and develop accounting and finance team.
• Support strategic initiatives and capital projects.
