Job summary

SnapDragon Associates, LLC is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations in Gainesville, GA. This role partners with executive leadership to improve profitability and drive strategic growth.

You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, inventory costing, internal controls, and ERP enhancements, balancing daily finance operations with long-term process improvements and financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years in progressive accounting/finance with controller leadership.
• Manufacturing experience with cost accounting and inventory valuation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, GL activities, and closings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and FP&A initiatives.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost analysis, and margin reporting.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes.
• Oversee tax compliance, audits, treasury activities, and banking relations.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and risk insights.
• Improve ERP utilization, reporting capabilities, and financial systems.
• Collaborate with operations to improve working capital and cost management.
• Support growth initiatives and process improvements.
