Jobot is seeking a seasoned Controller to oversee accounting operations within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You’ll manage the close process, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and partner with leadership on budgeting and financial planning.

The role involves leading and developing the accounting team, driving process improvements, and providing strategic financial insights to executives. Competitive base with performance-based bonus and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Tax services experiences is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
