Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc seeks an experienced manufacturing/industrial engineer to develop processes and routes for machined parts and pump assemblies. You will write SOPs and standard work, lead lean improvement events, and evaluate designs for manufacturability while mentoring peers.

Your role includes coordinating with suppliers, applying statistical methods, and supporting capital equipment startups to meet cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Engineering/manufacturing degree with lean training required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and leading lean initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/SolidWorks and 3D modeling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare processes and routes for machined parts and assemblies.
• Write work instructions and SOPs to standardize operations.
• Lead kaizen events and continuous improvement projects using lean tools.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and assist with capital equipment startup.
• Train and mentor less experienced employees; read drawings and GD&T.
• Comply with government/regulatory requirements and safety standards.
