The role collaborates with design, quality and service teams to define manufacturing methods for complex parts and assemblies, driving manufacturability and continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in manufacturing settings, CNC programming experience, and proficiency with ERP, CAD tools, and statistical analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology required.
• Five years of manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years engineering experience required.
• Experience in CNC programming and high mix–low volume is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare complete processes and routes for manufactured parts to meet goals for scrap and lead time.
• Evaluate processes by conducting process analysis and consulting with design, materials, suppliers, and operators.
• Determine root cause of failures using statistical methods and potentially adjust design or tolerances.
• Provide leadership on high‑level projects and mentor less experienced staff.
• Participate in procurement and start‑up of new capital equipment.
