Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to develop manufacturing methods and routes for complex parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with design, quality, and service teams, focusing on manufacturability and continuous improvement.

You will lead projects, evaluate new capital equipment, and mentor junior staff while applying Lean practices, TPM, and 5S to meet lead time and scrap targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Manufacturing Tech.
• Minimum 3 years in a Manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in machining and high mix-low volume is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare complete processes and routes for manufactured parts.
• Evaluate processes through analysis and operator feedback.
• Design and implement fixtures and gauges for parts.
