Job summary

Nelson Miller Group is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements. You will document current workflows, define future-state solutions, and align with leadership across operations, finance, and IT.

You’ll support ERP/MES configurations, testing, and go-live activities, while driving Lean/Kaizen initiatives with data-driven analysis. The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing, knowledge of MRP/MPS, BOMs, and production planning, and strong SQL/Excel

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments is required (2–5 years).
• Knowledge of MRP/MPS, BOMs, routings, inventory, and production planning.
• Hands-on with ERP and/or MES systems; Epicor Kinetic is a plus.
• Strong SQL/Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create process maps, requirements documents, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and document as-is and to-be workflows across operations, finance, and IT.
• Support configuration, testing, and implementation of ERP/MES enhancements and integrations.
• Write test cases, assist UAT, and coordinate cutovers and go-lives.
• Drive continuous improvement with data, maps, and impact analysis; support change management.
