Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of BA/Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience with manufacturing operations and technology systems.
• Experience with MES, MOM, ERP, quality or supply chain systems.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operations, objectives and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and meetings.
• Develop BRDs, functional requirements, use cases, user stories, process maps, and workflows.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with objectives.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT/project teams.
• Analyze current-state manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow assessments.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and optimization.
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Define outcomes and track realized benefits.
