Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a Business Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. You will document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

The role involves running reports via Radius ERP and Excel/Access for production and shop floor productivity, developing cost estimates, and communicating financial and operational impacts of changes. A degree is a plus; Green Belt is a plus.

Qualifications

Must have 2–4 years of experience in the field.
Proficient in Excel and Access; ERP experience required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Bachelor's degree preferred; an Associate's degree is required.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives; formulate systems aligned with business strategies.
Run reports through ERP (Radius) and Excel/Access for production and shop floor productivity.
Construct workflow diagrams; write specifications and monitor project progress.
Support cost estimates and budgeting; prepare technical reports and analyses.
