Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong ERP experience to join our manufacturing operations. You will translate business needs into system solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the enterprise.

The role requires collaboration across IT, operations, and business units, with responsibility for implementing ERP configurations, documenting requirements, and supporting data-driven improvements. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across functions and levels.
• Experience translating business needs into system solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and finance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and map workflows.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, process flows, test cases, and training materials.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate system updates with IT.
• Provide ERP training and support to end users to drive adoption and data integrity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for project delivery.
