Job summary

Injen Technology, Inc. in Pomona, CA, seeks a dependable Manufacturing Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator to support accounting and daily operations, handling AR/AP, order entry, purchasing, and admin while working closely with production, shipping, and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience, enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and communicates with customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, order entry, and purchase orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions.
• Generate customer invoices and apply customer payments; process vendor invoices and prepare payments.
• Maintain vendor information and purchasing records; assist with inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Work closely with Production and Shipping to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time; coordinate information between departments.
