Qualifications

• Experience with AP, AR and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and schedule payments (AP).
• Issue customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on balances (AR).
• Provide payroll information to our third-party payroll company.
• Perform bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and assist with basic financial reporting.
