EmployBridge is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Livonia, MI/Detroit, MI market to expand market share through new business development, end-to-end sales, and dedicated account management.

You will prospect in the field, engage manufacturing clients through calls, site visits, social outreach, and digital outreach, and build a strong pipeline via LinkedIn and SSI to win new logos and grow a manufacturing-focused territory.

Qualifications

• Proven success generating new accounts and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and in-field prospecting (70%), and account management (30%).
• Engage manufacturing clients through calls, site visits, social outreach, and email.
• Leverage LinkedIn and SSI score to build a pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners.
• Use labor market intel to identify pain points like turnover and productivity challenges.
• Provide consultative account management focused on safety, workforce optimization, and performance.
• Win new logos and grow a manufacturing-focused territory.
